I guess I'm in love again....another movie review

What is it with me and younger men? When I was younger, I wanted an older man, and now, everything is opposite. My buddy, Jane, and I went to see the chick-flick, 27 Dresses last weekend to a packed house. You might recognize this young man from Superman Returns, X-Men , and recently, Enchanted(which I haven't seen). His name is James Marsden, and what a sweet smile he has!

The story is about a lady named Jane who had been in 27 weddings. She dreamed of the day that it would be her wedding. James Marsden's character, Malcolm (or Kevin as he preferred to be called) was a writer who covered the wedding circuits and ran into Jane at one of the stories he was covering. I won't give away too many details, but the twist is she's in love with her boss, and he's in love with her little sister. Little sister is in love with herself. I'm normally not a chick-flick person as I have to wait until it comes out on dvd to see it. Hunnybunny always says, "Oh, yeah, I'll take you to see that." But usually, if it's an action, war, stupid male humor, or sci-fi, then we just have to see it. So one of my resolutions this year is not to wait around on him. If I want to see it, I'll just call Jane, or Ally, or somebody else.

oh, he is yummy, isn't he? i sat through Enchanted wondering where i'd seen him before -- had to look him to realize it was X-Men. I'd like to see this one, but I suspect I'll have to wait for DVD.

Cute, but way TOO young for me! There has to be a limit. I agree with you about Heath Ledger though. How sad.

I can appreciate the younger man thing. DH is younger than me. I guess I'm going to have to go to that movie! :-)

Oh good! My sister and two of my girlfriends have all said that they want to see this!!!

Now we have to go. Thanks for the review.

I can't even read your post about Heath Ledger, it just makes me too sad to think about. :(

I have a thing for Matt Damon and the Bourne movies. I know, it's pathetic.

Have you seen PS I Love You? Better than the book and TWO...count them TWO hot men. I haven't been able to get Gerard Butler out of my mind since I saw it. HOT.
